Made to order

Every SIXONE7 hoodie is printed after you order it. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production and delivery estimates

Estimated production time: 2–7 business days after the order is submitted to production.

Estimated shipping time within the United States: 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method and destination.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, production demand, and carrier delays may affect timing.

Shipping destinations and costs

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated production timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Delivery issues

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or has a delivery problem, contact support@sixone7.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve it.
